Adv. Manan (member from the Bihar Bar Council), New Chairman Bar Council of India, New Delhi

As the term of Adv. Ashok Parija, the last Chairman Bar Council of India was going to over on 15^th April, 2012. So there was an election on 14^th April, in New Delhi to elect the BCI Chairman for new term. 

Mr. Ashok Parija was not interested to fight for new term as he was losing his lucrative Supreme Court Practice during chairmanship.

 Mr. Manan a member from the Bar Council of Bihar, has been elected as the New Chairman Bar Council of India, New Delhi. He has also assumed the position yesterday, 16^th April, 2012.
